- Services are activated once payment has been received and verified.
- Renewal invoices are sent before the due date. Services left unpaid after the grace period may be suspended and are removed after 30 days.
- Illegal content, gambling, phishing, malware, spam and copyright infringement are not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.
- Customers are responsible for their passwords and website content; we recommend keeping your own regular backups.
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain is registered.
